Anti-Fraud Policy
Welcome to the RassadaPier.net Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Our program is designed to reward genuine content creators, travel bloggers, and legitimate publishers. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam, fraud, and unethical marketing practices.
1. Approved Promotional Methods
You are encouraged to promote RassadaPier.net through legitimate channels, including:
- Authentic travel blogs, guides, and itineraries.
- Direct URL tracking from approved domains.
- Organic social media posts and YouTube videos.
- Opt-in email newsletters.
2. Prohibited Promotional Methods (Zero Tolerance)
To protect our brand and our customers, the following methods are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account termination:
- Cookie Stuffing: Using invisible iframes, pop-unders, image tags, or any automated scripts to drop affiliate cookies without the user's explicit action or knowledge.
- Spam Traffic: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (CAN-SPAM act violations), SMS spam, or posting promotional links in irrelevant forum/blog comment sections.
- Misrepresentation: Impersonating Rassada Pier, Phuket Hopper Co., Ltd., or any official government/port authority. You must not use our logos to create fake social media profiles or misleading websites.
- Cybersquatting: Registering domain names that contain our brand terms, misspellings, or variations (e.g., rassadapier-tickets.com, rassada-ferry.net).
3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Brand Bidding Policy
We actively monitor search engine marketing (SEM). Affiliates are prohibited from bypassing our direct marketing efforts:
- You MUST NOT bid on branded keywords on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other search engine. Restricted terms include, but are not limited to: "Rassada Pier", "Rassada Pier Phuket", "Phuket Hopper", and any variations or misspellings thereof.
- You MUST NOT direct link PPC ads directly to RassadaPier.net. All paid search traffic must land on your own website/blog first.
4. Commission Validation & Fraud Prevention
As stated in our payout guidelines, we utilize a highly secure Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking architecture.
- Validation Rule: Commissions are strictly validated and approved only after the traveler’s trip is successfully completed.
- Any commissions generated from refunded tickets, fraudulent credit cards, or canceled trips will be automatically voided.
- We reserve the right to audit your traffic sources at any time. If we identify high volumes of ghost clicks, suspicious referrers, or unverified domains, we may pause your account for investigation.
5. Termination & Forfeiture of Payouts
RassadaPier.net reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the affiliate has violated any terms outlined in this policy.
- Penalty: In the event of termination due to fraud, spam, or policy violation, all pending and unpaid commissions will be immediately forfeited.
6. Payout Schedule & Minimum Threshold
To ensure a streamlined and secure payment process, RassadaPier.net follows a strict monthly payout cycle:
- Monthly Cut-off: Commissions for completed trips are calculated and locked at the end of each calendar month.
- Payout Window: Approved commissions will be processed and disbursed between the 15th and 25th of the following month.
- Payment Method: All international and domestic payouts are securely processed via Wise. Affiliates must provide a valid Wise registered email.
- Minimum Threshold: The minimum payout amount is 3,500 THB. If your balance does not meet this threshold, it will automatically roll over to the next month's billing cycle.
- Partial Refunds & Modifications: If a customer order is modified, downgraded, or partially refunded, the pending commission will be manually adjusted to reflect the final actual revenue received by RassadaPier.net before the final approval.
- Transfer Fees & Exchange Rates: Standard transaction fees and currency conversion rates applied by Wise will be deducted from your total commission amount. Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving funds in their local currency.
7. Rescheduled Transfer or Trips
If a customer requests a change in their travel dates, the commission approval will automatically be postponed to align with the new completed travel date.
